Terms of service

About the service: This is a service to receive orders from overseas and forward them to Japan.
There is a possibility that “some items may not be shipped in a box”, that “the box may be damaged during shipping”, or that “there may be a slight difference between the image and the actual item due to the work process”. Please be aware of the above and refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.

Return / exchange: If you are not satisfied with our jewelry, please feel free to let us know. As long as you contact us within 1 week after reception, we will refund or exchange the product.

There is no return or exchange policy for jewelry other than custom-made jewelry. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from the one you ordered, has a defect, or is delayed in arrival (more than 7 weeks, more than 9 weeks for custom jewelry), please contact us.

Sometimes, we receive complaints after a long period of time such as 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, but this is far beyond the scope of our service. In such situation, we are unable to identify the cause of the problem or damage of the product, so we are unable to respond to such claim. We ask for your comprehension.
